As Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in imagining, conceptualizing, and elaborating the technical solution for STATER’s next generation BPM digital platform. Our BPM platforms are aimed at addressing the needs of our customers across Europe. At the same time, you will be instrumental in identifying a sound migration path from our current legacy platforms and its execution roadmap.
The Ideal Candidate is a person who understands the business needs, can help/organize the requirements gathering process, can liaise at all levels of the organization, can provide a clear leadership and coaching to the engineering team.
However, equally important he/she should be highly technical and hands-on, able to understand the details, motivated to unravel the intricacies of the as-is technical landscape, and able to identify the most suitable detailed designs to assure a smooth and future proof implementation.
You will work together with the business lines and can proactively help during the gathering of requirements by identifying possible inconsistencies and/or suggesting alternatives. You will model the STATER end to end business processes from a technical point of view and the related data flow’s and all the relevant interfaces with the other involved systems. You make sure the technical BPM models satisfy the business goals, when facing potential inconsistent requirements or priorities. You exercise a clear technical leadership during the implementation phase. You are able abstract technical details into clearly articulated architecture patterns with the correct formalism.
