Wie zijn wij?

Wie is Stater eigenlijk? Wellicht heb je nog nooit van ons gehoord, dus wij leggen je graag uit wat we doen. Binnen stater ontwikkelen en leveren wij hypothecaire diensten en platformen voor externe geldgevers. Met onze producten en diensten beheren wij 40% van de hypotheken in Nederland. Werken bij ons is dus werken bij een organisatie die midden in de maatschappij staat met producten die veel Nederlandse gezinnen (indirect) raken. Onze klanten zijn o.a. grote Nederlandse banken en andere geldverstrekkers.

Over deze functie

Wat ga je doen?

Within the team, you will be one of the technical specialists for our private and public cloud environment. Besides your core specialism you also possess good working knowledge of all the technologies Core Clouds works with, or you are at least eager to learn those technologies. One day you might work on a complex incident, another day you might have to work on creating a high or low level design. As senior we expect you to be able to initiate projects, provide input for future projects, and create functional and technical designs together with your coworkers. Stakeholder management, as well as maintaining contacts with suppliers, is also part of your work. You will be happy to advise and guide our users on the best suited solutions that we can provide.

Working scrum, we try to plan most of our work, and we work in sprints. Next to this, in rotation, you will be the contact person for the team for issues which are initiated from ITIL processes like incident management, change management, problem management and configuration management.

Next to the hard skills you bring to the team described in the next part, you also have a good set of qualities to help the Core Cloud team grow as a high-performing and happy team. You are a real connector and have great communication skills. You are not afraid to take initiative and take people along with your ideas. You are a great listener and not afraid to speak up, giving and receiving feedback is natural for you. You love to share your knowledge with your colleagues and are eager to continuously learn and improve yourself. You are enthusiastic about working Agile and with it you are transparent, and value orientated. You know how to work in a scrum way. You can remain focused in a setting where there can be a lot to deal with and finish what you started. Your skills:

At minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
Be specialist in a minimum of 2 of the following domains:

➢ Active Directory

➢ Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

➢ Exchange Server 2016 / Microsoft 365

➢ Microsoft Windows Server

Additionally you:

Are a self-starter;
Possess good communication skills;
Have good analytical skills;
Have a drive to continuously improve;
Are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is not required, but be aware that even though we strive to communicate in English inevitably Dutch is also an often used language in our team;
Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently;
Experience (or good understanding) working in Agile Environments (SAFE/SCRUM)
