• Our salary is made up of two components. In addition to a gross monthly salary between €5,222 to €6,528 (scale 22) based on experience, we offer a flexible deployment budget of another 18% of your gross annual salary. What will you use this budget for? Will you enjoy extra holiday days, prefer to have it paid out or choose another option? If you choose to get this flexible deployment budget paid out, you can increase your gross annual salary up to €92,520.
